ONton Terms of Use
1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to ONton: ONton is a Telegram Mini App that facilitates event management on the TON ecosystem. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ONton, including the creation and participation in events.
1.2 Independent Entity: While supported by the TON Foundation and partnered with TON Society, ONton operates as an independent entity.
2. Core Interactions
2.1 Free Events: Organizers can create free events, which will be published on the TON Society website and ONton bot. Participants can check in during events to receive SBT awards as proof of attendance.
2.2 Paid NFT Tickets: Organizers can create paid NFT ticket events. They pay a fee to create the NFT collection and cover minting costs. Participants purchase NFT tickets, check in during events, and receive SBT awards.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use ONton.
3.2 Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ONton account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on ONton. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
3.4 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of ONton, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Free Events: There are no fees for creating or participating in free events.
4.2 Paid NFT Ticket Events: Organizers pay fees for creating NFT collections and minting costs. Participants purchase NFT tickets at the price set by the organizer.
4.3 Payment Processing: ONton may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment processors.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 ONton Ownership: ONton and its associated logos, trademarks, and content are owned by ONton or its licensors. You may not use these without express written permission.
5.2 User Content License: By posting content on ONton, you grant ONton a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with ONton.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer: ONton is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ONton makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of ONton.
6.2 No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONton shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of ONton.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your ONton account at any time by contacting ONton support.
7.2 Termination by ONton: ONton may terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
9. Changes to Terms
ONton reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the ONton platform. Your continued use of ONton after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
